Insurance Defense Litigation

We represent Cincinnati Insurance Company insured in our area on a regular basis. We also defend medical malpractice cases for Mag Mutual Insurance Company and St. Paul Insurance Company. From time to time on a selective basis, we represent insureds of other casualty insurers as well as defending casualty and life insurers who have been sued directly.

We are of the opinion that our unique experience in both defending insurers and their insureds in some cases while handling the plaintiffs side in others enhances the quality of the representation we afford our clients be they the insurer, defendant insured, defendant claimant or plaintiff.
